Big things are coming to gamers around the world. The new generation of online gaming is coming to stores and causing excitement for many.  The new Playstation 5 and the Xbox series X have grown very popular since their reveal this month.

These new consoles are expected to run faster and smoother than any of the previous consoles. These consoles are coming out with new controllers. 

The dualsense (PS5) is changing its design and is expected to fit better in your hand, have adaptive triggers, and haptic feedback.  The new Xbox series X controllers are refining their design, making it so they fit smaller hands more comfortably. 

They are also adding more grip, and a new share button which allows people to take a screenshot and share it with their friends. Xbox one controllers will be compatible with the new Xbox.  

What do local gamers think?  

“I think it’s great because it’s going to mark a new generation in gaming entirely,” said WJPS junior Nicholas Martinez. 

Sayed Shah, a WJPS junior said, “This will be the biggest thing that’ll come out. Nothing will top the sales.”
