The iPhone 12 has been unveiled to the world. It’s available in five new colors with the nostalgia of previous iPhones.
The phone has new aluminum finishes, including black, white, blue, green, and red.
Tim Cook, CEO of Apple unveiled the iPhone 12, Pro, Pro Max, and the first-ever 12 mini. The new phone features an A14 chip which will make it the fastest iPhone to date. It also includes an dual-camera system, and a XDR display, super retina with the ceramic cover.
iPhone 12 will also be the first of its kind to have 5G connectivity and it’s been called the most durable.
“The arrival of 5G marks the beginning of a new era for iPhone and we’re thrilled to bring these impressive new capabilities to our customers with iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini,” said Greg Joswiak, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing.
Many are happy with the nostalgia received from the design looking like its past predecessor the iPhone 5 and 5s. “Its back to box-like form and the components fit better,” said junior Joseph Arellano at WJPS.
Along with all these changes comes the removal of the wired EarPods and the new USB-C wire port.
