Whether it’s following a full body cardio workout on YouTube or learning a new Tik Tok dance, there’s many options to consider when choosing an exercise that will trigger endorphin release, stimulating a much-needed positive emotion.
2. Bake/Cook Using a New Recipe
Now is the time to practice a new skill, and what better way than to indulge in a freshly cooked or baked homemade meal? To avoid leaving your house, cook your favorite dishes or bake different foods with a new recipe. I recently learned to bake bread, and it is delicious.

Before leaving your house, consider choosing from the large array of mask-making tutorials to create your own original face mask. This will show your creativity while participating in the national effort to stop the virus’ spread.
