Our school should have a gaming team because it promotes teamwork which is one of the most vital skills needed in our present society. 

If schools want to prepare students for everyday life jobs, such as business, they should incorporate video games to promote teamwork because to win video games, players (students) must work together to succeed. 

Erick Garcia, a WJPS junior said, “I don’t think our school has a gaming team because our school is borderline broke and there is not a lot of money, so I feel like it will be counterproductive to have a gaming team, plus maybe people will be focusing on playing video games instead of doing their homework.” 

WJPS junior, Joon Park said, “Yes, I think we should have a gaming team. I feel like this would be a great way for a community to spark within the school as well as maybe being able to cooperate with other schools and go competitive. I feel that by doing so, it will create a good opportunity for those who want to express their skills with others, learn from others, and create a big community together.”
