YouTube star Trisha Paytas recently received many disapproving reactions from the social media community after claiming to be transgender (female to male) despite identifying with her birth gender (female).
In one of her most recent YouTube videos, Trisha spoke about how she has been going to a therapist for the past five months.
It has become a controversial in social media because people are saying she’s contradicting herself throughout the whole video, saying things such as, “Do I think I’m transgender? Yes, 1000 percent! Do I identify as my natural-born gender? 1000 percent!”
The majority of reactions on Twitter seem to be negative, with some users describing the video as “clickbait” and declaring Paytas as “cancelled.”
