The National Football Conference in the NFL is up for grabs this year. We are seeing the best football we’ve ever seen out of Drew Brees, New Orleans Saints quarterback. As the season progresses, each contending team gets better and better.
The Chicago Bears, New Orleans Saints, and Los Angeles Rams all have great quarterbacks and leaders to lead them to the promised land.
Sean McVay, coach of the Rams, has innovated a new system of play into Los Angeles. Taking the game of Jared Goff, quarterback, and Todd Gurley, running back, to a whole different level from their previous coach Jeff Fisher. Both are MVP candidates and are having career leading years.
On the other side of the NFC, you have the Bears, who are a sleeper in the conference. Khalil Mack has made a major impact on the team and has made their defense superb. He is beginning to resemble Lawrence Taylor in terms of his dominance on the field. Again, they’re a solid team that plays hard and happens to play well in the cold weather.
That should play a big impact on who wins, because only running games travel. The passing game is inconsistent, especially as we get deeper into the winter time.
