Teams are ready to select future stars of the NFL in the 2017 draft

For the first time since 1961, the 82nd annual NFL meeting to select new eligible American Football players was held in Philadelphia

The Cleveland Browns had the first overall pick and selected DE Myles Garrett from Texas A&M. The second pick was a risky pick with the Chicago Bears, taking QB Mitch Trubisky from North Carolina, hoping that he would turn the Bears’ fortune around.  

The local teams took Jamal Adams who will start at safety for the Jets while the Giants took TE Evan Engram.

Along with Adams, the Jets selected S Marcus Maye, WR Ardarius Stewart, WR Chad
