No school on Good Friday

Students will get a day off of school on Good Friday. It is always celebrated on the Friday before Easter, which is on March 25th this year.
“For Good Friday, I’m going to church to do activities relating around this holiday. Having this day off gives me more time to spend with my family,” junior Renee Choong said.
Good Friday is a Christian holiday celebrating the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. On Good Friday, people who celebrate Good Friday attend church services and prayer vigils. Some fast while others exclude meat as a part of their diet.
Many students can take this time to spend it with their family members or catch up on homework assignments.
