The Knicks are making it so easy to look bad this year and are great at what they do, losing. You can learn a lot from the Knicks this year, for the passed 16 games they were teaching people on what not to do on the court and showing people how to lose. Sadly their teaching and awesome record breaking spree was ended when they actually beat the Pelicans at Madison Square Garden. Picture by Christopher Dadic.

Where is the starting power forward for the New York Knicks, Amare Stoudemire? The team is falling apart, with its lack of  a game plan and a group of players that haven’t played in the starting five before. It has gotten to the point where their assigned beat writer does not want to cover any of their games. It also has gotten to the point where their games are not being shown on certain channels.

Why did the Knicks trade J.R Smith, and Iman Shumpert? Why have they fallen to their last resort, shopping in the Development league (which is a league in which players can get better and eventually become enrolled in the NBA)?  Why did they resort to grabbing a new point guard when they have 3 of them already? They need a Center! They waived their only center, Samuel Dalembert (who they picked up from the Dallas Mavericks). He is currently injured. However, now the Knicks have to rely on Quincy Acy. Don’t get me wrong, Acy is a GREAT backup, however he is not the starting 5 HE ALSO IS ONLY 6”7! I’d rather see the Knicks pick up a Center from the D league than seeing Langston Galloway (the point guard they picked up from the D league).

Don’t they have money? Why don’t they use their cap space (funds) to pick up better players, possibly trading one of those kids on the Knicks with Hassan Whiteside. He is a great pickup, he is young, and he has a cheap contract. It just does not make sense!

The Knicks are on a losing streak and I don’t think it is going to end anytime soon!
