Villa Roma is a resort located in the upstate region of the Catskills. The seniors from WJPS recently visited the resort before their graduation.
They were able to do a number of activities including sports, swimming, bumper cars, paintball, laser tag, zip lining and other outdoor activities.
It was made possible with the help from several WJPS staff and teachers including Mr. Lumetta, Ms. Anastasia, Mr. Steve and Ms. Menesses.
The cost of the trip varied depending on whether you paid online or in person. The online cost was $379 plus a $20 fee charged by the website and when paid in cash the total was $379.
WJPS senior, Conrad Theiner said, βIt was a good trip, I enjoyed hanging out with my friends. I wish more people could have gone and I hope next year seniors will all be able to go.β
WJPS senior, George Vlantis said, βI really enjoyed the trip. There were a lot of activities to do. It was a good experience to have before leaving high school.β
